Cash on delivery
How we handle your money on COD jobs.
I agree to the COD terms. The courier collects only the stated amount, counts the cash at the door before releasing the item, does not release the item if the amount is short, does not negotiate price, and is not liable for item condition or contents. The failed-delivery fee applies if the delivery cannot be completed. I prepay the delivery fee before pickup, and the collected cash is settled the same day.
Failed delivery
What happens if a delivery cannot be completed.
One delivery attempt is made. If the recipient is not home, refuses to pay, or rejects the item, a failed-trip fee of 60 EGP applies and the item is returned to you or held for re-attempt at extra cost.
What we do not carry
Items we will not deliver, to stay legal and safe.
I confirm the item itself is not cash, illegal, hazardous, or alcohol. Collecting payment on delivery is fine.
Buy and deliver
How prepaid shop runs work.
I will prepay the purchase cost plus your fee before you depart. If the item cannot be bought, the purchase amount is refunded and only the trip fee applies. I will not exceed the max authorized spend without contacting me first.
Liability
Tareeq transports items as handed over and does not inspect contents. Disputes about the product itself are between sender and recipient. Tareeq is responsible for delivering the agreed package and collecting the agreed amount, nothing more.
